Strategies and Services
We focus on two main strategies to help people achieve their goals, supported by a range of services that ensure effective execution
James Miller

Before founding his own public affairs firm, Miller worked directly for two Arkansas governors, leaders of the Arkansas legislature and two constitutional officers.
Marc Harrison
Over 20 years of government policy, regulatory, and administration experience at the local and state levels. Harrison’s expertise includes energy, environmental, economic development, and regulatory matters. His experience extends from the public sector, including the judicial system, to understanding compliance with state laws for the private sector. Harrison worked for former governor Mike Beebe and the Pulaski Circuit Court.
Brenda Turner
Served as Chief of Staff for Governor Mike Huckabee, managing his office and serving as liaison with the 40 agency directors of the Cabinet. Prior to joining the team at James Miller & Associates, Turner worked in communications and governmental relations for DaySpring, a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards of Kansas City.
Jacob Redfearn
Lobbyist based in Texarkana with strong connections to South Arkansas. Three years ago, he founded Rock Advisory Group. He currently works with James Miller & Associates, where he continues to leverage his regional expertise on multiple issues for the firm’s clients.
Mary P. “Prissy” Hickerson
